Pilgrims left in a pious atmosphere of unprecedented enthusiasm
Indore. In the implementation of any government scheme, a new history was written in Indore on Friday, June 16. This is the first time that 32 elderly passengers of Indore district have been sent on the Ganga Sagar pilgrimage by plane on government expenditure. These pilgrims left by plane from Devi Ahilyabai International Airport of Indore at 8.00 pm on Friday night in a pious atmosphere of unprecedented enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat and Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava reached the airport and welcomed the pilgrims with flowers. He greeted the passengers. The elders going on the yatra expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the free travel being arranged by aeroplane. MLA Ramesh Mendola also welcomed the passengers.
This yatra is being organized as per the intention of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Chief Minister Chouhan had taken a pledge that the elderly would now be made to travel free of cost to pilgrimages by air as well as by rail.
Among those going on pilgrimage by air are Kantabai Sharma, resident of Jai Bhavani Nagar, Kailash, resident of Ramanand Nagar, Rama and her husband Ramchandra, resident of Mali Mohalla, Lakshmibai, resident of Sarvahara Nagar, Ramdayal, resident of Sheelnath Camp, Pramod Kumar Kalbhawar, resident of Chandrabhaga and his wife Indu, Ramesh Chandra and his wife Rukmani Bai, resident of Moti Tabela, Bhagwati of Dwarkapuri, Mainabai of Samajwad Nagar, Khet Singh Patel and his wife Tarabai, resident of Panchmurti Nagar, Prabhulal Bendwal and his wife Gangabai, resident of Ambedkar Nagar, Sangharsh Kumar Verma of Jag Jeevan Ram Nagar, Mathurabai of Chhoti Khajrani, Gajanand Patel of Khimalvada Depalpur, Shankar Lal of Khimalvada and his wife Shantibai, Mohan Lal of Banediya, Mohan Dedhlia of Bavaliya Khurd, Dungar Singh Patel of Dakachia and his wife Gangabai, Radheshyam Chowdhary of Bavaliya Khurd, Shaheed Bhagat Singh City residents Suganichand Lahori and his wife Gopi Lahori, Antar Singh of Tihi, Satyanarayan Thakur of Hasalpur and Rameshwar Panchal and his wife Ramibai of Ambachandan. There are many such elders among them, who are going on a journey with their wives.
Passengers expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister
The elders going on the yatra appeared extremely excited and thrilled. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Chouhan for the Chief Minister’s pilgrimage tour. Passengers said that we could not even imagine that we would ever travel by aeroplane. We are very happy to have free air travel.
