Whole North India is in bad condition due to cold. The mercury has gone below zero on the mountains, so the effect of cold wave and fog is being seen in the plains.

Talking about different weather stations of Delhi, today’s minimum temperature has been recorded at 8 degrees in Safdarjung, 10 degrees in Palam, 5 degrees in Ayanagar, 7 degrees in Ridge and 7 degrees in Narela.
