Ghaziabad, November 21: A young man who had gone to celebrate a birthday party in Modinagar area of Ghaziabad was shot dead on Sunday night. The incident took place near Modinagar Indra Puri Tibada Road. A person named Deepak Pasi, living on Modinagar Indra Puri Tibra Road, Ghaziabad, was shot dead by some unknown people on Sunday night. According to the information received, Deepak was celebrating the birthday party of a girl named Monica with some of his friends. During this, Deepak got into an argument with some people. After which the dispute increased. The other side pelted stones at Deepak and his companions and then fired indiscriminately.
SP Dehat Iraj Raza told that Deepak, along with some of his friends, was celebrating the birthday party of a girl named Monica at night in an empty plot near the house. Where Deepak had a dispute with some other people present there. The other side first pelted stones and then started firing indiscriminately. In which 1 bullet hit Deepak’s back and he fell on the ground while running. Then the attackers fired another bullet into Deepak’s head.

Due to which Deepak died on the spot. A friend of Deepak was injured due to head injury, who has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. At present, the police have started investigation by registering a case against unknown people. Some people have been detained in this case.
