The boy was taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. According to French media, the boy was 14 years old but his name has not been made public. Around 100 people were also detained in the Belgian capital Brussels late on Wednesday after fireworks were aimed at football fans and damaged cars in central Brussels. Police spokesperson Ilse Van de Keere gave this information.
