Beijing. China plans to launch more than 60 space missions in 2023, with more than 200 spacecraft in orbit. China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) gave this information.
CASC said in a statement released on social media that this year it plans to arrange more than 60 space missions and launch more than 200 spacecraft and complete a series of major tasks.
China aims to break the national record for the number of space launches by the end of 2023. Last year, 64 space missions put 188 spacecraft into orbit. China actively developed its space program in 2022 and completed the construction of its Tiangong orbital station.
