New Delhi: In the year 1912, the director of the film made on the sinking of the Titanic ship in the sea, James Cameron (director james cameron) gave his reaction to the sinking of the Titanic submarine. He said that as soon as the contact of the submarine was broken with the ship on the surface, only then I understood that there was a blast in it. This submarine had left on Sunday to show the Titanic ship submerged in the sea to some of the nobles of Britain. After some time, his contact with the main ship was lost. The US Coast Guard recovered the wreckage of the submerged submarine Titan on Thursday.
James Cameron said, ‘We were confirmed to have exploded in the submarine only after an hour. As soon as the submarine went missing, a loud banging sound was also heard. This sound came on the hydrophone (an instrument that detects sound waves in water). Transponder lost, communication lost, I knew what had happened. The submarine had exploded. I thought this was a terrible idea. I wish I spoke but I assumed that someone is smarter than me, you know because I never experimented with that technique but it looked bad at first sight.’
Cameron also made a comparison between the sinking of the Titanic ship in 1912 and the Titan submarine. He said that in both the cases the people who were leading ignored the warnings due to which the lives of the people were put in danger. James Cameron told ABC News, quoted by the news agency AFP, ‘I am struck by the similarity to the Titanic disaster where the captain was repeatedly told that there was a huge iceberg ahead but he did not pay attention and went to the moonless ship. He kept on running the ship at full speed during the night. Due to which many people died. ‘Now in another similar incident the warning was again ignored at the same location. Considering the amount of diving that is going on around the world, I think it is very surprising.
