Earthquake tremors of low intensity were felt in Himachal Pradesh’s Kinnaur district on Friday night. Officials said that the intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale was 3.4.
Sudesh Mokta, Special Secretary, Disaster Management Department said that the tremors were felt at around 10.20 pm and the epicenter of the earthquake was Chango Lower near Nako in Kinnaur.

The tremors of the earthquake lasted for a few seconds, due to which people came out of their homes. Officials said that so far no information has been received about the loss of life and property.
