In the US, a 5.4-magnitude earthquake was felt in the western region of the state of Texas on Friday, which was one of the strongest earthquake tremors in history. There is no news of any casualty or any kind of damage as of now. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said that the magnitude of the earthquake was measured at 5.4 and it came at 5:35 local time. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 22 km north-northwest of Midland at a depth of about nine kilometers from the ground.
