Shafiq’s elder brother Mohd. Islam told that brother had given 80 thousand rupees to Shabnam a year back. He asked for her money several times, but she kept evading. According to Mo. Islam, Shafiq fell unconscious when both Shabnam and his accomplice fled.
The woman used to ask for money on many pretexts
The elder brother of the deceased told that Shabnam’s husband works in the Gulf country. Shabnam used to borrow money from her brother on some pretext or the other. Along with this, she also used to borrow goods from the shop. Brother was going through financial crisis at this time. That’s why he was demanding money from Shabnam for the last six months, but she was evasive. Please tell that Shafiq is survived by his wife and six-year-old son Umar.
The accused woman and her entire family have fled after locking the house after the incident. The Wazirganj police, who reached the information of the dispute, took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem.
