A 10-month-old girl was thrown out of a cab on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on Saturday morning, leading to her death. The miscreants also molested the girl’s mother and pushed her out of the vehicle. The woman has also been seriously injured in the accident.
According to police, the woman and her daughter were returning from Pelhar in Wada tehsil to Poshere in the cab and some other people were also traveling in it. On the way, the cab driver and some co-passengers molested the woman. When the woman protested, they snatched the child and threw her out of the speeding cab.
The girl died on the spot. the woman was admitted in the hospital. A case has been registered in this regard at Mandvi police station and the police is on the lookout for the culprits of the incident.
