After the arrest of Imran, 4 people, including two journalists, have also been arrested in connection with the violence that took place across the country on May 9.
An FIR has been registered in Islamabad in the name of Mohammad Aslam. He has claimed that on May 9, around 25 people shared screenshots of journalists Shaheen Shahbai and Wajahat Saeed Khan. The complaint also names a former army officer, Adil Raza, who later became a YouTuber.
Apart from this, anchor Syed Haider Raza Mehdi has also been arrested. It has been said in the complaint that these people were instigating people to attack military organizations. By spreading terrorism, these people had spoiled the atmosphere of the country.

The person who has allegedly lodged the FIR says that he has identified these people by looking at their social media profiles. All these people conspired under the whole plan and helped those working against the government. These people also tried to defame the army by starting a rebellion. Adil Raza runs a YouTube channel by the name @soldierspeaks. He describes himself as a former Major of the Pak Army. According to his profile, he was injured in the war and is now a freelance journalist. He is also a member of the International Human Rights Federation.
