Through diplomatic note 16-0682, the United States Department of State made a formal request to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) for the handover of “Tony Montana”, detained by the Mexican Army and the National Guard in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, in December of last year, according to the newspaper El Universal.
