Cara Mia Panichelli, 33-year-old female, he was heading south from Philadelphia, he was driving his car on I-95 at mile marker 20 near Columbus Boulevard, when a large piece of metal punctured the windshield of his car on the driver’s side, and left her lifeless.
According to statements by the Pennsylvania State Police, “Metal perforated driver’s side windshield of the Subaru and struck the victim, causing fatal injuries.”
Authorities have yet to specifically determine where the debris came from. However, they ask anyone who witnessed the incident to call the Philadelphia Station of the Pennsylvania State Police at 215-452-5216.
He incident occurred one day after a tanker truck crashed on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia, starting a fire that caused a portion of the highway to collapse. The truck driver was found dead in the rubble a day later.
The man who was found dead on Monday among the remains of the Interstate 95 bridge that collapsed Sunday in Philadelphia has been identified by his family.
Its about fuel truck driver which caught fire under the I-95 overpass, the flames of which caused the bridge to collapse.
Family members said the man’s name was Nathaniel “Nate” Moody, 53, who was a father of three and an Army veteran. He also had an impeccable driving record and had been responsible for delivering gasoline to Wawa gas stations throughout the region.
